When she felt pregnant with Sulevin Lavellan, they were immensely happy. He was the First to Deshanna, his mother; and Adaren was to become the leader of the Hunters. Everything felt too perfect. But at the last month of her pregnancy, with their nomad lifestyle, it was too hard for Adaren to follow the rhythm of the clan. Elgarhel took her to the nearest human city, asking for help and hospitality. A place where she could give birth and rest without stress.
