Rokko is a Rivaini surface dwarf who spent some time travelling in Thedas before stopping in Tevinter, tired of the brownish Fereldan soups and Orlesian Hams of Despair. He’s very serious at his task: preparing the best meals for the Lucerni: the faction trying to restore and redeem Tevinter! With his quality as chef, he got closer to the leaders, Maevaris Tilani and Dorian Pavus, who appreciate his food and unfortunate timings.
