Chantal De Montfort is the niece of Amelie De Montfort. She grew up as one of the many kids in a rich family, but only ever cared about escaping to the wilds surrounding their home. Owning a spacious amount of land, she started building a farm, reuniting animals like Fereldan cows and Dalish hallas. With the dry and cold weather of the mountains, it was perfect to start her cheese farm. Chantal has been making giant cheese wheels for all kinds of client from all around Thedas.
