Talitha is Cabot’s best friend. He was there to support her when she transitioned and her family exiled her of their cast. Both tired of their life in Orzammar, they decide to leave for the surface. Cabot knew a couple things about mixing drinks and how to make money out of it. After Haven’s destruction, he offered her a spot in his assigned tavern in Skyhold, the Herald’s Rest. She used to serve and know every client. From Maryden to Sera, the Chargers and Blackwall. After her work hours, Sera and Blackwall liked to invite her to drink something or play cards, to chat and gossip about the Inquisition secrets.
They sometimes played the equivalent of “Truth or Dare”, and Sera dared Blackwall to kiss her. Both drunk, they enjoyed the moment and laughed it off. But that vision remained in their brain, as they realised their mutual pining. She knew he liked women, and she was scared of him seeing her… naked.
She might dress, act and feel like a woman, her body was still masculine in her intimacy. She drank to keep those thoughts from her mind, and woke up in his bed. He took care of her when she passed out, dead drunk on the floor. That’s when she realised it didn’t matter. He loved her. She loved him. He accepted her as she was.
